Teacher: Plan, prepare and deliver engaging, purposeful and interactive lessons linked not only to the course book, but also the students' weekly activities outside the classroom. An emphasis was placed on boosting students’ confidence in using the English language in real-life situations in oral and written form. Manager: Interview candidates in person and via Skype in the spring months preceding the summer. Managing resources and providing academic support and guidance to ESL teachers during the summer peak months. Run and attend weekly briefings, observations and evaluations with teachers and senior staff so as to enhance teaching skills and participate in the growth and development of the school.
